Job Description - Salesforce Business Analyst

 Position: Salesforce Business Analyst – Offshore (Bangalore Location )

CTC: As per Experience and depends on the previous one. However there is no bar for the right fit candidate

Skills: Salesforce BA, FSL, Service Cloud

Job Description:

  • Understand and analyze the current business processes
  • Facilitate discussions with Client SMEs and onsite counterparts
  • Responsible for functional requirements gathering for Field Service application
  • Write Functional Specifications/ Acceptance Criteria
  • Map Business Requirements with SFDC and Salesforce Field Service functionalities
  • Act as liaison between business and development team
  • Work closely with development team and QA team
  • Conduct Sprint Demos.
