Responsibilities
This is a varied delivery leadership role, with the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions,
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,
- Develop and demonstrate a POC chat bot to the Citrix Sales team using Einstein bot in Sales Cloud with features like Knowledge Base search, Creation of cases, Get the status of the cases, Lead creation etc.
- Develop workflow for automatic task generation.
- Groom and refine cases of Salesforce Admin Mass Update using Data loader and Workbench tools.
- Develop Reports, dashboards, and Report types as per customer request.
- Prepared test scenarios for end-to-end testing for enabling new features in salesforce.
- Work on many user management tasks
Required Qualifications and Background
- At least 4 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce,
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
- Minimum Salesforce certified: Administrator

Desirable/bonus:
- Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study,
- Salesforce Admin certification
