Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using Salesforce technology. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. You will also be responsible for optimizing our internal sales processes, leading to enhancement in the efficiency of our sales function.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud.

2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications (BRD) and get those features implemented with the help of the development team.

3. Collaborate with developers, administrators, and project managers to design and implement Salesforce solutions.

4. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), review the deployments, and facilitate user training to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional (sales support) teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, bid management, legal, etc., to align Salesforce Sales Cloud with business goals and objectives.

6. Participate in project planning, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations to provide updates on Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives and progress.

7. Perform number crunching, which includes reports and dashboards (through Excel and Compass).

8. Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements, including customizing objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows. 9. Perform other operational activities for the sales users.
