Salesforce Business Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, and supporting various sales-related applications where needed. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly in supporting lead to opportunity flows in a B2B sales environment. This role involves working closely with sales ops, marketing ops, BDRs, and various IT teams, including Enterprise Data Management and Salesforce Developers.

In this role you will...

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Elicit and document business requirements from user stories and document business processes, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analyses.Analyze and design solutions for lead assignment, opportunity management, opportunity splits, account teams, and opportunity teams, and other custom and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business and maintain comprehensive Salesforce documentation.Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and related managed apps.Support and enhance sales enablement tools and productivity applications where needed.Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps teams, other business analysts, and application managers.Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and drive resolution of production support timely resolution of issues to minimize business impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, with additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Sales Consultant preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, lead management, opportunity management, account teams, and opportunity teams.
  • Experience with sales and marketing tools such as Marketo.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments and supporting sales operations, marketing operations, and BDR teams.
