Job Description - Salesforce Business Analyst

  • Share the solution feasibility.
    • Job Description:
  • - years of experience with minimum - years of experience in Salesforce functional consulting role.
  • Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly communicate Salesforce features in non-technical way to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand business problems and propose high level Salesforce solution.
  • Proven track record of driving the project by coordinating with technical architect and Development team.
  • Excellent understanding of Out of the box features of SF Services and Experience cloud.
  • Must have fair understanding of other Products (Service Cloud, Experience cloud) in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Domain knowledge - health care / Pharma industry.
  • Certification SF admin or PD must.
  • Experience on SF Services or SF experience cloud is must at Lead/ BA / Architect level.
  • Experience on SF Services or SF experience cloud is Preferred at Jr Dev role.
