Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional Software Engineer with expertise in React, Salesforce PWA Kit, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to design, develop, and support modern composable eCommerce storefront solutions.
  


• Deliver scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable storefront applications while contributing to technical innovation, engineering excellence, and Agile product delivery.
  


• End-to-end delivery within a product squad focused on emerging brand and regional storefronts, ensuring solutions meet quality, security, performance, and business requirements.
  


• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support composable storefront applications built using React, Salesforce PWA Kit, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  


• Build and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable eCommerce solutions.
  


• Develop expertise in storefront delivery, eCommerce workflows, integrations, and composable architecture patterns.
  


• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to refine backlogs, define user stories, estimate effort, and prioritize work effectively.
  


• Break down business requirements into achievable development tasks with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  


• Contribute to modernization initiatives, technical debt reduction, performance optimization, and non-functional improvements.
  


• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  


• Collaborate with Solution Architects and senior engineers to understand and implement composable storefront architectures and best practices.
  


• Support implementation of cost-effective technical solutions aligned with business goals and reference architectures.
  


• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, peer reviews, and collaborative development practices such as pair programming.
  


• Establish and maintain engineering quality standards through automated testing, CI/CD processes, code reviews, and monitoring practices.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues including bugs, security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns.
  


• Monitor production applications for availability, health, and performance while implementing proactive alerting and observability mechanisms.
  


• Drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
  


• Stay current with advancements in React, Salesforce PWA Kit, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and modern frontend technologies.
  


• Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
  


• Strong hands-on expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  


• Experience with Salesforce PWA Kit or similar headless/composable storefront frameworks.
  


• Experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions.
  


• Strong understanding of eCommerce storefront architecture, workflows, and data flows.
  


• Experience delivering end-to-end eCommerce functionality including: Product catalog integrations, Product feeds, Cart and checkout functionality, Payment integrations
  


• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
  


• Strong frontend architecture and application design skills.
  


• Experience automating repeatable development and operational tasks.
  


• Familiarity with SDLC processes, release management, and change management practices.
  


• Ability to create logical system and process flow diagrams.
  


• Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
  


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  


• Ability to influence technical decisions without direct authority.
  


• Strong analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
  


• Experience working within retail or eCommerce domains.
  


• Exposure to composable or headless commerce architectures.
