Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and enhancing/supporting custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and Customization : Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.Configuration : Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and Flows to meet business requirements.Integration : Good understanding of integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware tools like MuleSoft etc.Data Management : Manage data migration, cleansing, and integration activities to ensure data quality and integrity.Testing and Deployment : Conduct unit tests, system integration tests, and user acceptance tests. Use tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and version control.Collaboration : Work closely with on-site business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.

QualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.Technical Skills :Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader and third-party ETL tools.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.Certifications : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
