As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Salesforce Consulting team you will lead enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash transformations, driving operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to influence key stakeholders and guide complex projects to success. This role offers the chance to mentor top-performing teams, đảm bảo continuous improvement while navigating the complexities of multi-entity and global environments.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 12 years of experience in overall IT

- 8 years of experience in Salesforce

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud

- Multiple end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations

- Deep understanding of subscription, usage-based, and hybrid revenue models

- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Financial systems

- Expertise in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events

- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale programs

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills

What Sets You Apart

- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred

- Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds

- Familiarity with emerging Salesforce Revenue Cloud innovations
