This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce CPQ Lead based in India.
This role is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on architecting and delivering end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex quote-to-cash transformation programs. You will act as a key driver in designing scalable CPQ architectures, enabling advanced pricing, quoting, approvals, and contract lifecycle processes across enterprise environments. The position requires strong hands-on expertise combined with architectural vision, as you will guide implementation strategies and ensure best practices across multiple project teams. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders and client teams to translate business requirements into robust CPQ solutions. In addition, this role involves mentoring developers and senior developers, ensuring technical excellence and delivery consistency. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering impactful Salesforce transformation outcomes.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex quote-to-cash processes
- Architect CPQ functionalities including multi-dimensional quoting, advanced approvals, contracts, renewals, and quote templates
- Define technical standards and best practices for CPQ development and integration within Salesforce ecosystems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams to translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions
- Guide and mentor developers and senior developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to architecture standards
- Work with Apex and Flow Automation to support CPQ enhancements and custom business logic
- Ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade CPQ implementations in collaborative, multi-team environments
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce CPQ expert with strong architectural capabilities, leadership skills, and a proven track record in enterprise implementations.
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong focus on CPQ implementations
- Proven experience as a CPQ Tech Lead or Architect delivering end-to-end quote-to-cash solutions
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ features such as custom scripts, multi-dimensional quoting, advanced approvals, quote templates, contracts, and renewals
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform tools including Apex and Flow Automation
- Salesforce CPQ Certification is mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical teams in complex project environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
