Your Tasks

• Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including
future AI solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management
• Integrate third -party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and
Mulesoft
• Implement, automate, and create workflows to optimize customer service
processes
• Conduct data migrations, validations, and clean -ups
• Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements gathering to
deployment and support of our B2C Salesforce CRM solutions
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in software development,
administration, and configuration of Salesforce CRM / Service Cloud solutions
• Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and
Flows
• Hands -on experience in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as
middleware tools like Mulesoft
• Solid understanding of IT security guidelines and cloud technologies
• Several years of experience as a quality -conscious developer
• Initial practical experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA is desirable
• Openness to using AI tools and integrating them into daily workflows
• Familiarity with working in agile projects and appreciation for flexibility
and dynamism
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and is open to new challenges
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
