Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and segment customer data effectively. Design and manage data models that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce platforms, ensuring high-quality data ingestion and transformation. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Build and manage data pipelines to aggregate and cleanse data from multiple sources. Develop rules for data normalization, identity resolution, and deduplication. Ensure data compliance, security, and privacy standards are maintained. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to leverage Data Cloud capabilities to improve customer engagement and personalization. Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud performance, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Customer Data Platform). Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration with Salesforce ecosystems. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and related modules. Familiarity with identity resolution and customer segmentation techniques. Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Specialist or related certifications. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools. Familiarity with AI/ML models for predictive analytics in customer data. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
