We are currently seeking a Salesforce Deployment Specialist_Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Why the Role Is Important: Our Deployment Engineers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of a Deployment Engineer provides clients and teams with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. Once You Are Here, You Will: Negotiate, plan, communicate and manage release schedules Identify potential conflicts and risks with releases and mitigate risks by coordinating with Salesforce Agile Teams Conduct release readiness reviews and business go/no-go decision reviews Perform cutover planning, oversee deployments, and ensure appropriate resources are available, communicating deployment status as necessary Developing, maintaining, and advancing our CI/CD pipeline Manage sandbox environments and coordinate schedules for conducting refreshes Manage data loading tools & techniques to populate sandboxes with production data Maintain metrics on production changes (e.g., number of deployments, issues related to deployments, status of improvement items, etc.) Maintain key production org metrics (e.g., code coverage) and drive remediation actions where needed Work with development teams to understand impacts of branches and code merges Develop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to production environment Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation and application bug fixes Required Qualifications: Over all 5+ years' experience out of which 3+ years of experiences on Salesforce platform as developer or admin with minimum 3+ years of experiences as Deployment/Devops Engineer 3+ years' experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL 3+ Years' experience with SFDC specific IDE and version control configurations (Github, BitBucket) for Salesforce development (VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX) 3+ years' experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL 1+ full life cycle project in Lightning and have expert level knowledge on major Salesforce.com technologies including Lightning web components, Apex Web Services, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, etc Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on CI/CD experience automating Salesforce deployments using Jenkin or other similar tools Previous Experience working on Salesforce communities and Sites Salesforce About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
