Salesforce Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer with hands -on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  

• Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations such as custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high -quality deliverables.
  

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  

• Maintain proper documentation of all development and configuration activities.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  

• 1.5–3 years of hands -on Salesforce development experience.
  

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP).
  

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I) preferred.
  

• Good communication and problem -solving skills.
