Salesforce Developer

• Conduct in -depth training on Salesforce Administration, Development, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, and other Salesforce modules.
  
• Guide learners through Salesforce certification paths, including Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, and Consultant certifications.
  
• Demonstrate the use of Salesforce's declarative tools, automation processes, and data management techniques.
  
• Provide hands -on training on creating workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, custom objects, and more.
  
• Design, update, and enhance training materials, including lesson plans, slides, case studies, and assignments, based on industry trends and certification requirements.
  
• Create practical scenarios, mock exams, and capstone projects to simulate real -world Salesforce applications.
  
• Mentor students individually to address their learning needs and clarify technical concepts.
  
• Provide career guidance for Salesforce -related job roles, including resume building and interview preparation.
  
• Assist students with troubleshooting and debugging during hands -on exercises and projects.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce tools, including:
  
• Salesforce Admin: User management, profiles, roles, workflows, security, and automation tools.
  
• Salesforce Developer: Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  
• Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
  
• Integration: Understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP, and third -party tool integrations.
  
• Deployment: Experience with Salesforce CLI, changesets, and version control tools like Git.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and industry -specific solutions is a plus.
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or Consultant.
  
• Prior experience in teaching or conducting Salesforce training programs is preferred.
  
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Consultant, are mandatory.
