The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and best practices to support business requirements and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.

• Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, reports, dashboards, and security models.

• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and system enhancements.

• Participate in release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD implementation.

• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials.

• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

What We are looking for:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Apex Programming

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Aura Components

  • Visualforce

  • SOQL/SOSL

  • Salesforce Flows

  • Salesforce Security & Sharing Model

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of asynchronous processing including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform optimization techniques.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory/preferred based on organization needs).

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

• Additional certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, Integration Architect, or Application Architect are a plus.

• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft is desirable.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.

• Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

• Experience with integration platforms and cloud technologies
