The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce technical skills, experience in Consumer Goods Cloud, and the ability to manage both development and support activities efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities \nDevelop, configure, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. \nProvide operational support and troubleshooting for existing implementations. \nAssist in user administration, including profiles, permissions, and role setup. \nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. \nSupport system integrations and data management activities.\n\nFollow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and organizational policies. \nWork closely with senior leads to ensure timely delivery of projects and support tasks.\n\n \nRequired Skills \u0026 Qualifications\n\nSalesforce Expertise: Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, SOQL/SOSL. \nConsumer Goods Cloud Knowledge: Sales, Retail Execution, Account Management modules. \nExperience in support/admin tasks such as permissions, profiles, and data maintenance. \nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. \nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\n\n \nEducation \u0026 Experience \nBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. \n4\u20136 years of experience in Salesforce development and support.\n\nPrior experience in Consumer Goods or FMCG domain preferred.\n\n \nDesirable \nExposure to Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or integrations is a plus.\n\nExperience working in medium-to-large Salesforce deployments.\"\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
