Salesforce Developer Lead

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of leadership experience and hands-on expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components). You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and ensure timely project delivery
  

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and Lightning components
  

• Drive the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) as per business needs
  

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting
  

• Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce best practices
  

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain documentation
  

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
  

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of total Salesforce development experience
  

• Minimum 4 years in a technical leadership role
  

• Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) – mandatory
  

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
  

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance tuning
  

• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect, or App Builder
  

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  

• Prior experience in leading multi-region teams is a plus
