The ideal candidate should have strong development and administrative expertise, be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing, and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements within defined timelines. \n________________________________________ \nKey Responsibilities \n\u2022 Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. \n\u2022 Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. \n\u2022 Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods). \n\u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. \n\u2022 Work on JIRA stories, ensuring timely delivery with quality and accuracy. \n\u2022 Perform Salesforce configuration and administration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions, etc.). \n\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance. \n\u2022 Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development and deployment. \n\u2022 Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions and processes. \n________________________________________ \nRequired Skills \u0026 Qualifications \n\u2022 3\u20135 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. \n\u2022 Strong hands-on experience in: \no Apex development \no Lightning Web Components (LWC) \no Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future) \n\u2022 Good understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. \n\u2022 Experience in both Salesforce Development and Administration. \n\u2022 Familiarity with JIRA or similar Agile tools for tracking user stories and tasks. \n\u2022 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \n\u2022 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. \n\u2022 Good communication skills and team collaboration.\n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\u2022 Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.). \n\u2022 Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). \n\u2022 Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines). \n\u2022 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
