Job Description - Salesforce Developer - Service and Experience Cloud

We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Consultant Senior Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). CALSTART needs a Contractor to evaluate current processes, recommend workflow solutions, and provide technical integration for platforms utilized by the COREproject, specifically Salesforce.com, Pardot, FormStack, and Jira for CORE incentives. CORE/SORE Standard IPC-Related Tasks: Task 1 - CORE/SORE Salesforce / Formstack document updates, email template updates, user interface updates, automated flow updates for new requirements and exclusions into the Incentive Processing Center for dealer-side o Phase 1, User Requirements and Subject Matter Expert Interviews o Phase 2, Technical Architecture, Form Updates, Process Redesign and Development, User Interface Redesign o Phase 3, Implementation, Sandbox & Production Environment Integration Testing, Launch, Go Live Support, Admin Documentation, and User Guides Task 2 - CORE/SORE Salesforce / FormStack document updates, email template updates, user interface updates, automated flow updates for new requirements and exclusions into the Incentive Processing Center for Application Processing o Phase 1, User Requirements and Subject Matter Expert Interviews o Phase 2, Technical Architecture, Form Updates, Process Redesign and Development, User Interface Redesign o Phase 3, Implementation, Sandbox & Production Environment Integration Testing, Launch, Go Live Support, Admin Documentation, and User Guides Task 3 - CORE/SORE Salesforce.com Development Backlog from Prior Implementations in the Incentive Processing Center for Improved and Updated Software Architecture o Phase 1, User Requirements and Subject Matter Expert Interviews o Phase 2, Technical Architecture, Form Updates, Process Redesign and Development, UI Optimization o Phase 3, Implementation, Sandbox & Production Environment Integration Testing, Launch, Admin Documentation, and SOP Software Management Documentation Task 4 - CORE/SORE Reports, Dashboards, Web Dashboards, and other relevant chart/graphic development, tracking, and updating in Salesforce admin side as well as the Incentive Processing Center-side for Data Processing o Phase 1, User Requirements and Subject Matter Expert Interviews o Phase 2, Technical Architecture, Process Design, Dashboards / Report Updates, Data Migration, Data Processing, System Data Validations o Phase 3, Implementation, Sandbox & Production Environment Integration Testing, Launch, Admin Documentation, and Data Management SOP Documentation Task 5 - CORE/SORE Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation, Incentive Processing integration, tracking cases across multiple communication channels (emails, chats, and calls), provide real time visibility into incentive statuses within the existing Incentive Processing Center via the existing Experience Cloud o Phase 1, User Requirements and Subject Matter Expert Interviews, Document functionalities required for real- time incentive progress updates and help ticket filing o Phase 2, Technical Architecture, Configure Salesforce Service Cloud, set up email/call/chat-to-case functionality, enable dealers to track incentive progress in real-time, enable help tickets submission o Phase 3, Integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with the existing IPC systems (see above) used by dealers in the existing Experience Cloud, Test and validate data flow and communication between systems to provide real- time updates o Phase 4, Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for internal processing team, Create user guides and documentation o Phase 5, Rollout and Support - Sandbox & Production Environment Integration Testing, Launch, Go Live Support, Admin Documentation All Phases: Coordination of development via JIRA software ticket system All activities performed are scoped and agreed to by CALSTART prior to the start of the next phase within each task. All work for each task and corresponding phase will be billed hourly and executed by CONTRACTOR up to the maximum amount payable defined in section 3, below. The activities listed above are meant to guide efforts, CALSTART understands that all activities and scope outlined above are subject to change based on needs and priorities. Milestone 1\.
