Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud Voice)

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud Voice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integrations. This role requires strong backend development skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with front\-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  

• Design and develop server\-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice applications. 
  

• Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. 
  

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using backend programming languages and frameworks. 
  

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend systems to identify and resolve issues. 
  

• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of backend systems. 
  

• Optimize backend code and database queries for performance and scalability. 
  

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend and Salesforce development. 
  

• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate front\-end components with backend systems. 
  

• Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems by implementing appropriate security measures. 
  

• Document technical specifications, code, and processes for future reference. 
  

Requirements

Requirements & Competencies 

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on server\-side logic and database management. 
  

• Hands\-on experience integrating or working with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or both. 
  

• Strong understanding of backend development principles, best practices, and technologies. 
  

• Experience with backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Apex). 
  

• Familiarity with databases and SQL. 
  

Skill Set 

• Proficiency in backend programming languages and frameworks. 
  

• Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills. 
  

• Knowledge of database design and query optimization. 
  

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. 
  

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
