Job Description:
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Lead
As the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Lead, you will implement client projects, you will bridge and align business requirements and technical solutions. Your experience covers a strong knowledge of Salesforce, and business acumen, processes, agile methodology, data management and effectively running a project team to meet client goals.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain applications using the Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
· Experience of working on LOS (Loan Origination System) which comprise of loan processing, KYC verifications, automations, approvals and reporting.
· Ability to drive a 4–5-member team giving technical guidance, design review, code review and involved in end-to-end delivery.
· Design code and test features within the Salesforce platform amongst other software features to support Client for Business projects.
· Meet and exceed delivery timelines and development goals that align with sprints and release deployments.
· Test the stability and functionality of all features that impact on the Salesforce platform.
· Troubleshoot root cause and fix bugs/defects associated with the FSC application.
· Coordinate with project managers and solutions architects to determine priorities for development work.
· Participate in daily Agile Sprint stand-ups weekly Sprint grooming sessions and coordinate deliverables with Release Management
Education / Knowledge:
· Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college, university or equivalent.
Experience / Skill:
· 7+ years of Salesforce project implementation experience and 1+ years of Financial Services Cloud experience.
· Prior experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
· Salesforce Financial Services Cloud AP certification and Salesforce Platform Developer I is good to have.
· Salesforce Omni Studio Developer is nice to have.

Problem Solving - Systematically breaks apart complex problems and identifies the underlying causes. Identifies trends and sees causes and consequences. Generates a variety of alternative techniques or methods to resolve issues and/or solve problems.
Quality Orientation - The ability to complete work accurately and thoroughly, paying attention to the details of job responsibilities. Produces a minimum number of errors while completing work. Able to recognize errors in work in progress and make necessary real time corrections. Accurately checks processes and tasks and monitors the results of delegated tasks, assignments and projects.
