Responsibilities
â Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL),
including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder
flows, and integrations.
â Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile
workflows, and work orders.
â Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware.
â Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate
them into technical specifications.
â Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
â Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.
â Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, especially in the FSL
domain.
â Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
â Develop and maintain technical documentation.
â Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development processes.
Required Skills & Experience
â Strong Salesforce development experience with a focus on Field Service (FSL).
â Proficiency in Apex, Visual force, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
â Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
â Hands-on experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
â Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations with external systems.
â Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
â Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
â Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
â Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant
are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
â Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
â Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
â Knowledge of testing frameworks (Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
