As a Salesforce FSL Service Cloud BA - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications

-     Define and execute QA strategies including test planning, test case design, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination

-     Mentor junior team members to enhance their functional and QA skills
- Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly
- Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning to enhance client service capabilities
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting to support client engagements
- Engaging in business process modeling to identify opportunities for process standardization
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Supporting enterprise integration and technology implementation projects
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive innovative design and solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations
- Embracing change and innovation in technology integration
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client-focused environments
