As a Salesforce Health Cloud Senior Associate, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to address client needs in the healthcare sector. This role involves designing and developing scalable solutions while collaborating with team members and stakeholders to deliver results. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

As a Senior Associate, you will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will work closely with architects and managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and confirming all development work meets performance standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

- Building and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to address client needs in the healthcare sector
- Developing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform tools
- Configuring Health Cloud features such as care plans, patient records, and healthcare data models
- Integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, APIs, and EHR/EMR systems
- Validating development work to meet best practices, performance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with team leads, architects, and business analysts to gather and understand requirements
- Resolving technical challenges and delivering projects on time with cross-functional teams
- Supporting testing and deployment phases to confirm smooth delivery of solutions
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specs and user guides
- Performing code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain quality and consistency
- Addressing post-implementation issues and providing ongoing support for deployed solutions
- Staying updated on Salesforce Health Cloud features, industry trends, and new technologies
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to optimize system performance and user experience

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and EHR/EMR systems
- Understanding healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements like HIPAA
- Excelling in developing custom applications using Salesforce platform tools
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
