As a Salesforce Health Cloud Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your versatile consulting skills to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards. Your ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs will be crucial in delivering value and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Health Cloud
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to deliver tailored client solutions
- Engaging in technical consultation to support enterprise software integration
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovative design and technology integration
- Managing systems projects to align with client objectives and business models
- Creating and developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce applications

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations
- Embracing change and innovation in technology integration
- Excelling in project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce projects
