Salesforce Integration Developer - MuleSoft/Informatica

About the Role :

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce and its integration capabilities.

You will collaborate with various teams (Salesforce admins, business analysts) to identify integration needs, develop solutions using Salesforce APIs and tools, and ensure seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable and efficient integrations between Salesforce and other applications (ERP, CRM, marketing automation etc.).

- Develop and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Apex code, and integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica etc.).

- Configure data mapping and transformation processes to ensure accurate and consistent data flow between systems.

- Develop custom objects, workflows, and triggers within Salesforce to automate business processes triggered by integrations.

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of integrations.

- Monitor and maintain existing integrations, troubleshoot any issues, and implement necessary updates.

- Document integration processes and code for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Salesforce integration tools and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for leveraging Salesforce integrations to improve business efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of experience developing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security considerations.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and Apex programming language.

- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica etc.) is a plus.

- Experience with data mapping and transformation techniques is a plus.

- Experience with enterprise application integration (EAI) principles is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.
