Salesforce Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an
experienced Salesforce Lead to lead end-to-end Salesforce
implementation, customization, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate
will possess deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),
and Salesforce administration, along with the ability to design scalable and
secure solutions. This role will also be responsible for mentoring junior team
members, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving best practices
to establish and grow the Salesforce practice within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

●       Lead Salesforce configuration,
administration, and development activities.

●       Design, develop, and implement
custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.

●       Manage and optimize profiles,
roles, permission sets, and security

●       Perform data migration and
integration using tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Salesforce
Inspector

●       Ensure system scalability,
performance, and reliability.

●       Collaborate with business
stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

●       Provide mentorship
and guidance to junior Salesforce resources as the practice grows

Required Skills & Qualifications

●       Bachelor’s/Master’s in
Computer Science, IT, or related field.

●       10+ years of Salesforce
experience (Admin + Development).

●       Strong expertise in Apex, LWC,
SOQL, Batch Apex, Triggers, and FlowsProficiency with data loading and
integration tools (Data Loader, Inspector, Import Wizard)

●       Solid knowledge of Salesforce
security model and governance limits.

●       Experience in designing
scalable Salesforce solutions and integrating with external systems.

●       Excellent problem-solving and
communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

●       Salesforce Certified
Administrator and Certified Platform Developer I/II

●       Experience with Salesforce
CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud

●       Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps
tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.)

●       Previous experience in setting
up or growing a Salesforce practice/team
