As a Salesforce LwC Agentforce, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop deliverables that meet client needs. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance their Salesforce capabilities.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your problem-solving skills to deliver quality work. Your role will involve mentoring others, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using these opportunities to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
- Collaborating with clients to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Designing and developing Salesforce Lightning components to enhance user experience
- Leading the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to streamline operations
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization
- Developing training materials and conducting sessions to empower users with Salesforce capabilities
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives
- Implementing innovative technology solutions to address emerging business challenges
- Facilitating business process modeling to optimize Salesforce utilization
- Supporting the development of business models that leverage Salesforce capabilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Excelling in developing training materials for technology implementation
- Embracing change and innovation in emerging technologies
- Possessing skills in enterprise integration and technology administration
