As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you drive Salesforce consulting initiatives, focusing on advanced Agent Force features and AI-driven decision models. As a Manager you lead a team of developers, supporting projects to be delivered on time and meet elevated standards. You customize Agent Force actions, integrate Salesforce Flows, and manage API integrations to enhance decision-making, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering preferred

- Salesforce Certifications such as Application and System Architect preferred

- Experience with advanced AgentForce features

- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Integration

- Understanding of cloud-native development

- Leading and mentoring a team of developers

- Proficiency in Apex and workflow automation

- Skill in API integrations

- Knowledge of automation and scalability tools
