As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Salesforce User Experience team you will create tailored solutions on Salesforce’s AgentForce platform. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards while building meaningful client connections. This role offers the chance to elevate agent experiences and fne-tune case-management processes by leveraging advanced Salesforce technologies.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree- 4 years of experience-- Oral and written profciency in English require

• Salesforce credentials—Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant preferred
• Demonstrating hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce
• Crafting dynamic workfows and AI-driven decision models
• Mastering Salesforce CDP data model and unifcation logic
• Utilizing advanced Apex and Lightning Web Components skills
• Building secure APIs for data enrichment
• Applying CI/CD practices for maintainable solutions
• Possessing a problem-solver’s attitude towards technical challenges
