As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration- Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in Salesforce consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize the use of Salesforce applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional experience to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams, and solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to drive project success.

Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Managing enterprise integration and technology implementation for Salesforce platforms
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process modeling to enhance client outcomes
- Innovating processes and leveraging emerging technologies to drive project success
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand and address their business challenges
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client environments

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive innovative design and solutions
- Leading enterprise integration projects with a focus on emerging technologies
- Excelling in systems project management and technology implementation
- Developing training materials to enhance team learning agility and performance
