As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business success. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs. This role offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships and deepen your understanding of business contexts, all while navigating the intricacies of Salesforce technology.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, guiding and mentoring junior team members to uphold professional standards. Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects to enhance client service capabilities
- Developing and integrating Salesforce Lightning components to optimize business processes
- Managing enterprise software integration to support seamless technology adoption
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess and improve business systems and processes
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and develop tailored Salesforce solutions
- Designing innovative solutions using emerging technologies to address client needs
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization
- Creating and maintaining project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives
- Developing training materials to facilitate user adoption and maximize system utilization
- Supporting the standardization of processes to improve efficiency and consistency across projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Implementing enterprise integration solutions effectively
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Excelling in business process modeling and systems project management
