As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions, leveraging your skills in Salesforce Consulting Generalist to address complex business challenges. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client operations through strategic Salesforce implementations.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex scenarios and deliver value. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships, anticipating their needs, and guiding junior team members. Your role will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects and managing client expectations
- Developing and integrating Salesforce Lightning components using LwC and Apex
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise integration solutions
- Analyzing business processes and developing models to optimize Salesforce applications
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials for Salesforce solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address technical challenges in Salesforce projects
- Supporting the development of innovative technology solutions to enhance client business models
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in Salesforce implementations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Implementing technology solutions in enterprise environments
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client support settings
