As a Salesforce LWC+ FSC- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities to meet business requirements.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional and technical standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, guiding and mentoring others, and using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex financial data to inform strategic decisions and optimize client outcomes
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial needs and tailor Salesforce solutions accordingly
- Mentoring junior associates to enhance their technical skills and financial acumen
- Upholding premium standards of quality in financial reporting and Salesforce implementations
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project success
- Navigating complex financial regulations to uphold compliance within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Utilizing analytical tools to assess financial performance and drive business insights
- Designing and implementing solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities
- Developing and enhancing Apex code to meet specific business requirements
- Building Lightning Web Components to create intuitive user interfaces
- Analyzing business requirements to develop technical solutions that align with client objectives
- Applying agile methodology for efficient collaboration and project delivery
- Staying informed about the evolving Cloud ecosystem to incorporate emerging technologies into solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Designing solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud capabilities
- Developing and enhancing Apex code for Salesforce applications
- Building Lightning Web Components for user interfaces
- Analyzing business requirements for technical solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodology for collaboration
