Requirements

• Experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong functional and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing customer journeys, marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign management, and integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  


• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
  


• Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  


• Configure Email Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and segmentation.
  


• Develop personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL.
  


• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
  


• Support campaign testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  


• Conduct discovery workshops and translate marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  


• Support solution design, effort estimation, and presales activities.
