As a Salesforce Omnistudio Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and drive business value. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver quality work. Responsibilities
- Developing Salesforce Omnistudio solutions to enhance user experience and streamline client support processes
- Creating mock-ups and prototypes using Sketch software to visualize design concepts and improve usability
- Conducting design reviews and usability testing to refine user interface and validate alignment with customer experience strategy
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver iterative design improvements
- Implementing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities to optimize digital customer experience
- Engaging in user experience design research to inform product design and enhancement strategies
- Managing interface design and user acceptance testing to validate project delivery outcomes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity to address complex design challenges and drive innovation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Graphics, Computer and Information Science, Graphic Design
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing design thinking and human-centered design methodologies
- Creating mock-ups and iterative design for user interfaces
- Engaging in stakeholder engagement and requirements management
- Conducting usability testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Excelling in digital customer experience and customer experience (CX) strategy
