Job Description - Salesforce Project Manager

Position: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Chennai - Hybrid

Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Mode: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects
Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and admins
Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage risks, issues, and change requests
Ensure quality delivery aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

10+ years of project management experience, with Salesforce exposure
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP or Salesforce certifications preferred
