As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Mandatory Skills: Accounting Standards Implementation: Basic understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15. Familiarity with revenue management tools like Zuora Revenue, RevStream, RightRev, or Oracle RMCS is a plus. Salesforce Knowledge: Exposure to Salesforce and its role in supporting upstream business processes. Data Integration: Experience in integrating data between systems, particularly ERP and revenue management tools, is beneficial. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret business processes and requirements. Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Admin Exposure to certifications like Zuora Revenue/Billing or Oracle RMCS is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Assist in Revenue Cloud Projects: Support the development and delivery of Revenue Cloud-related solutions under guidance. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior developers and consultants to deliver project tasks. Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in preparing and validating test cases and use cases to ensure deliverables meet business requirements. Client Support: Support team efforts in resolving client queries and implementing revised accounting standards. Hands-On Learning: Gain experience with Salesforce products like CPQ, Billing, and revenue management tools such as Zuora Revenue. Documentation and Communication: Document processes, gather requirements during client meetings, and communicate updates effectively to the team. Process Improvement Suggestions: Identify opportunities for process optimization during projects and communicate these to senior team members. Project Participation: Actively participate in the design, build, and testing phases of projects under guidance.

As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards to deliver quality client solutions.Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree- 4 years of experience

Oral and written profciency in English requiredWhat Sets You Apart

Master's Degree preferred

Degree in BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech / CA- Understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15

Familiarity with revenue management tools

Experience integrating data between systems

Analyzing and interpreting business processes
