As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams, confirming the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role involves building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of business contexts to anticipate client needs effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will navigate complexity and inspire others, using your professional skills to mentor junior team members and uphold professional standards. You will be exposed to clients, developing an understanding of how to build meaningful connections and deliver quality work. Embracing ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and guide others in achieving project objectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on relationship building and personal growth, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and enhancing your personal brand.

Responsibilities

- Conducting quality assurance testing for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Developing and executing test plans and scripts to validate Salesforce functionality and performance
- Utilizing Salesforce Administration skills to configure and customize Salesforce applications
- Supporting the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to enhance business processes
- Providing technical consultation and guidance on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies
- Assisting in the development of training materials and conducting user training sessions for Salesforce applications
- Engaging in project architecture and budgeting activities to support Salesforce project delivery
- Participating in the standardization of processes and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency
- Embracing change and innovation to drive continuous improvement in Salesforce solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving in Salesforce environments
- Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud for client solutions
- Developing training materials and embracing change in technology projects
- Implementing technology integration and enterprise software solutions
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client support engagements

- Understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15

- Familiarity with revenue management tools

- Experience integrating data between systems

- Analyzing and interpreting business processes

- Exposure to Salesforce Admin certifcation

- Supporting Revenue Cloud-related solutions

- Identifying process enhancement opportunities

- Collaborating with senior developers and consultants
