We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Commerce Cloud Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce implementation projects with end-to-end experience with the Salesforce platform With 1-2 years working on SFCC Strong Knowledge of Salesforce B2B or B2C Commerce Cloud Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, workflows, and best practices. Conduct scope gap analysis and map out the current vs To-Be processes to identify improvement opportunities. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and define solutions Have creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business Ability to lead and/or participate in design sessions and communicate design options to clients Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods Strong Stakeholder management and client-facing skills Salesforce Certifications base line requirements Sales and OR Service Cloud Consultant AND Salesforce Admin Ability to identify risk with an analytical approach to work. Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers and user needs are being met throughout the deliverable/scope of work. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify recommendations for improvements. Thorough experience in writing acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules.
