Intermediate Salesforce Software Engineer Job Specification Employment type: Full-time Work mode: Hybrid Location: Hybrid Experience: +5 years Role Overview Support the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce solutions that align to business objectives. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and architects, the Intermediate Salesforce Software Engineer will contribute to the delivery of CRM features, integrations, and customisations while growing their engineering and platform skills across the Salesforce ecosystem. Required Skills and Experience • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Working knowledge of: ◦ Apex programming (classes, triggers, asynchronous patterns) ◦ Lightning Web Components (LWC) ◦ SOQL and SOSL query writing • Experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flow, approval processes, and validation rules. • Exposure to Salesforce REST/SOAP API integrations. • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control, and basic deployment processes. • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
