Role Description: 

We are seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Salesforce (SF) Solutions Architect to join our team
and spearhead our drive for sales growth and customer success. As the SF Solution
Architect, you will be responsible for designing quality, scalable, and
performant solutions using the SF platform capabilities, ensuring it all fits
together into a coherent and attractive solution. You will also be responsible
for articulating the value of such solutions to our customers as part of sales
and presales engagement.

As a solution architect at
InspireXT, you will play a key role in our sales process, engaging with
potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrating how our SF
solutions can address their business challenges. You will work closely with our
sales and technical teams to ensure the successful acquisition of new clients.


Job Location  - Pune

Responsibilities:

We are looking
for a driven and result oriented individual with a skill set across the
following areas:

  • Responsible to acquire clear
    understanding of customer’s challenges & objectives to be able to tailor
    solutions that aligns with customer’s specific needs.
  • Responsible for mapping customers business
    requirements to solution design, supported by the BA.
  • Understands what’s possible
    technically and acquires a clear vision of the desired business outcome.
  • Recommends an implementation that adds
    value and is both scalable and sustainable.
  • Ability to communicate solutions to a variety
    of technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Responsible to lead the discovery
    sessions and get a deep understanding of the client business processes.
  • Responsible to provide some degree of
    upfront solution architecture for the entire scope of the project.
  • Responsible to validate and support
    the development team on user story level solution design.
  • The successful candidate will be
    expected to showcase InspireXT’s differentiated value proposition to the
    customer and drive closure of sales process.

Listed below are key activities and
responsibilities of this role:
  1. Conduct compelling demonstrations and
    presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of InspireXT’s services
    and SF solutions.     
  2. Assist in the preparation of
    comprehensive proposals and RFP responses, addressing client needs and
    demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  3. Stay up to date with industry trends
    and best practices related to our focused verticals to provide informed
    guidance to clients.
  4. Collaborate with the technical team to
    ensure a smooth transition from pre -sales to project implementation.


Requirements

  • 12+ years of SF experience with minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience in SF solution architect and presales roles.
  • Should have a wide range of
    experience, with a focus on manufacturing, retail and consumer goods expertise,
    Salesforce product (sales, service, experience, data cloud, field service,
    OmniStudio, CPQ and Tableau) knowledge, data strategy, and integration
    know -how.
  • Should have Salesforce Architect
    Credentials – Application Architect, Data Architect and Identity and Access
    Management Architect, Integration Architect.
  • Good to have Salesforce Architect
    Credentials - B2B Solution Architect, B2C Solution Architect, B2C Commerce
    Architect.
  • Excellent communication (written and
    presentation) and influencing skills.
