Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.Design and architect Salesforce solutions that address complex business processes and integrate seamlessly with other systems.Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Implement and manage Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and security settings.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, ensuring smooth transitions between environments.Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure project timelines are met, risks are mitigated, and quality standards are maintained.Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration.Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and ETL tools.Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and AppExchange solutions.Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Gearset).Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (additional certifications are a plus).Proficient in Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
