Salesforce Technical Architect

1. Solution Design and Architecture: Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions for both functional and technical requirements. Define the overall Salesforce architecture, including integration patterns, data models, and security controls. Lead the design of complex customizations, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem. 2. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure requirements are clearly defined and solutions meet business objectives. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and offer strategic advice on how Salesforce can improve business processes. 3. Integration and Customization: Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications and data systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates, evaluating new features to continuously improve the platform's capabilities. Data Management and Security: Define data management strategies and ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards. Implement and oversee data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. 7. Performance and Scalability: Ensure the solution is designed for scalability, high performance, and ease of maintenance. Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize Salesforce implementations for speed and efficiency. 8. Quality Assurance and Testing: Work with QA teams to define and ensure the execution of thorough testing plans for all customizations and integrations. Manage the deployment pipeline and ensure smooth releases and post-deployment support. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred). Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
