Job Description - Salesforce Technical Lead (Data Cloud)
We are seeking a seasonedSalesforce Technical Leadwith deepexpertiseinback\-end development and Salesforce Data Cloud. This role requires strong leadership, architectural vision, and hands\-on technical skills to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high\-performing solutions. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical discovery, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise\-grade customer 360 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of back\-end developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design end\-to\-end solution architecture for ingestion, data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
Oversee development across data pipelines, APIs, connectors, transformations, and orchestration components.
Define and document the enterprise 360 data model, mapping logic, metadata standards, and governance framework.
Design and implement robust back\-end architectures that meet scalability and performance requirements.
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams to ensure unified data design supports all use cases.
Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and technical validations tomaintainarchitecture quality.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing code for performance and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging back\-end technologies and assess their value for current and future projects.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and enterprise security policies.
Contribute to technical documentation, including system architecture and design specifications.
Partner with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and operational processes.
Act as the technical point of contact for back\-end development issues and queries.
