Job Description - Salesforce Technical Manager

Job Description :- Manage and deliver Salesforce-SalesCloud, CPQ projects as Technical manager with Focus on Support/RTB (Run the Business) Process.- Act as a technical manager for custom developments/Enhancements in order to deliver business excellence- Provide the Service delivery status (#of Tickets closed, in progress, RCAs, KPIs)- Responsible for delivering as per the service contracts, SOW's, meeting/exceeding service levels- SLAs- Develop and maintain a service culture (ITSM) and identify / implement KPIs and metrics to measure and improve service performance.- Coordinate the team on respective projects; Monitor and control project costs.- Ensure governance compliance Ownership of managing budget- Consistently overview standards and quality of deliverables by implementing changes where necessary.- Provide ongoing communication/feedback to team members, in regards of engagement/project status etc.- Ensure compliance with all official internal processes/governance- Need to ensure that the PM has hands on experience in managing Scrum - Hands on with Jira tool as part of planning activity (ref:hirist.tech)
