• Salesforce configuration, customization

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows

• Salesforce integrations, third -party applications

• CRM processes: Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, Case Management

• FRDs, BRDs, user stories, reports, dashboards

• Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Stakeholder management, communication skills
