Salesforce Test Architect(Tosca)

Job Description - Salesforce Test Architect(Tosca)

Own the SFDC test architecture: test strategy, risk‑based coverage, data strategy, and cross‑track dependency impact analysis. Define and evolve the Tosca automation framework (modules/libraries, test data design, execution orchestration) for E2E flows spanning multiple clouds. Industrialize regression suites with criticality weighting; ensure Jira hygiene and clear split of maintenance vs. new implementation tasks. Partner with release teams and (where applicable) Copado stakeholders to align test gating and promote quality signals in the pipeline. Operate with PST overlap, enabling live triage and faster turnaround for on‑demand test runs and defect resolution. 10-14 years in QA/QE with 5+ years in Salesforce programs and 3+ years hands‑on in Tosca for E2E automation. Proven test architecture leadership for large SFDC programs (multi‑cloud, multi‑vendor). Expertise in Tosca concepts (Modules, TestCases, TestSheets, Reusability, API scans; TQL/XScan proficiency). Strong Jira usage patterns (workflow, dashboards, reporting) and experience with risk‑based regression. Demonstrated success handling cross‑track dependencies and complex data setup for end‑to‑end scenarios. Excellent stakeholder management and coaching ability; comfortable with late IST/PST overlap. Exposure to Copado (pipelines, environments, test gates) and CI triggers for regression runs. Familiarity with Tosca Vision AI / model‑based test design approaches. Prior experience in Workday‑like scale environments (not Workday HCM; context is the customer).
