Role: Senior/Lead UX Designer
Team: ONEUX INDIA
Location: Hyderabad Studio, India
Qualifications:
Education: B Des./M. Des/ Bachelors/Masters in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors or related field from IIT/NID or other top Design schools.
Experience:
6-10 years of the following experiences: User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of multiple device types including web and mobile applications. Creation of IA documents such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user stories, personas, high quality visuals and other user-centric documentation.
Salesforce Service-Cloud platform experience with a deep understanding of out-of-the-box limitations and configurations.
Take a roadmap feature from ideation to future state - both for storytelling and for user stories.
Challenge assumptions and push the team to be associate-centric and client-centric in their design and development of solutions.
Lead design thinking sessions and workshops, feedback sessions, user reviews.
Translate insights into sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes as needed.
