Salsify Pxm Team Lead / Consultant

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to a team of consultants, focusing on the successful deployment and configuration of the Salsify PXM platform.
  
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for PXM-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  
• Architect robust software solutions and manage integrations between the Salsify environment and various enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and flow.
  
• Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies across the team to enhance project delivery speed, quality, and adaptability to changing requirements.
  
• Act as the primary technical authority for troubleshooting complex issues related to product data management and platform performance.
  
• Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring high standards of technical competency and best practices.
  
• Drive the optimization of product data quality and digital content experiences to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  

• Experience: 8-12 years of professional experience in IT Services, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  
• Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, including the ability to mentor staff, manage resources, and drive team performance.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the Salsify Product Experience Management (PXM) Platform, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and customization.
  
• Development Lifecycle: Strong command of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution.
  
• Methodology: Extensive practical experience applying Agile methodologies to manage software projects and deliver iterative results.
  
• Architecture: Proven skills in software architecture design and system integration to support scalable PXM solutions.
  
• Problem Solving: Advanced capabilities in technical troubleshooting to resolve complex data and platform-related challenges.
  
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of product data management principles and strategies for enhancing digital product experiences.
  

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹₹18-22 LPA
